EPS sandwich wall panels are composed of inner and outer glass fiber reinforced plastic plates and a sandwich layer of polystyrene foam, which are compounded under high pressure using German vacuum technology. Its thickness is 75mm, and the sandwich layer is polystyrene foam. This foam is made by pre-foaming expandable polystyrene beads and then heating and forming them in a mold. It has a closed-cell structure.
