What is PIR insulation boards?
PIR insulation board (polyisocyanurate insulation board) is a high-performance organic insulation material with polyisocyanurate as the core. It forms a rigid foam plastic with a closed-cell honeycomb structure through a chemical reaction between isocyanate and polyester polyol under the action of catalysts, foaming agents and other additives. Its unique chemical cross-linking structure gives it excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance and durability, and is an ideal insulation material widely used in construction, industry and cold chain.

Structural material composition
